We are hiring direct support professionals to work with individuals that have intellectual and developmental disabilities. Potential hires will work in either one-to-one roles or in small groups. We also offer supports with employment that include job coaching and other employment related assistance. 


Direct Support Professional(s) is a person who assists an individual with a disability to lead a self-directed life. Supporting clients with inclusion and navigation of their community. DSP's assist with finding and supporting activities of daily living, encourage self-growth and independence that enhance their lives.  You will be adhering to contracted goals and protocols for individual clients. This a remote position that requires driving and good communication skills. DSP's may assist clients with budgeting, locating housing, medical support services, obtaining employment, attending inclusion activities in the community and more... there's never a dull moment and our employees feel good about what they do!


Required:  Car Insurance, Drivers License, Background Check, Must be 18 years or older,  CPR card (ability to complete training)  Computer and Phone App access, knowledge and proficiency.  All training and meetings are mandatory


Compensation: We offer competitive wages ranging from $13.75 -$24.00 per hour, mileage reimbursement, paid sick leave and paid training. 

We offer Part-Time and Full-Time positions with day, evening and weekend options. We provide ongoing training and opportunity for growth within the company.
